We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied Designed4Me gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise, in exchange for a store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Due to reasons of health and hygiene, earrings are excluded from our return policy. Returned merchandise should include the vendor’s packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Delivery is currently to the UK and europe only. All UK orders are usually dispatched to arrive within 2-5 working days unless otherwise specified on individual products. All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail. UK shipping charges are £1.99 an order for jewellery and free shipping for UK orders over £30.
